Gateway provides Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient and Aftercare services to people through a variety of programs and through a variety of payment sources. Examples of programs available include:
- Individual and Family Education Programs -Gateway offers individual and group counseling, family and couples counseling, parent and family education, case management and peer support services within their outpatient and intensive outpatient level-of-care. All services are based on an assessment of the individual's need. Gateway also works with survivors of trauma that have associated substance use disorders and has specialized groups and sessions available for individuals meeting this criteria.
- Drug Court - Persons accepted for drug court in Pottawatomie and Lincoln County receive treatment at Gateway designed to meet their individualized needs in addition to meeting the drug court requirements. Gateway staff partner in a Drug Court Planning Team to create the most effective and respectful treatment options for the individual.
- Safe Haven - Safe Haven offers a modified drug court program to parents whose children have been determined at risk because of the parents' use of alcohol or other drugs. Treatment is individualized but within the framework established by the partnership between the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Pottawatomie County District Court, Youth and Family Resource Center, Gateway, Red Rock Community Mental Health Center and other social support agencies.
- Student Assistance Program (SAP) - Gateway operates an early-intervention program at Shawnee High School. The Gateway treatment professional offers non-clinical counseling on an individual and group basis to students who are self-referred or referred by school staff or parents.
- Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)- Gateway has a number of contracts to provide EAP services in the Shawnee area. Gateway also trains supervisors to recognize drug abuse in the workplace.
