Our mission is to establish pride in our community by being a positive youth movement. We impact all generations by creating mutual respect through service and through the betterment of our community, our state, and ourselves.

We are the Pottawatomie Alliance Toward Community Health. The mission of PATCH is to improve the health and wellness of all residents and populations through community partnerships. We are local people, making local change.

We are a group of dedicated individuals in Lincoln County concerned with social and health issues of our community. We meet every 4th Tuesday at noon to discuss the issues and determine the best ways to bring about change.

Our mission is to promote wellness and productive lives through education and prevention by addressing the specific health and behavioral issues of the community with strong dedicated community and county participation.

The mission of the SCCA Coalition is to teach, link, advocate, and refer in order to improve the quality of life for community members, businesses, and organizations of Seminole County.

The Hughes County Turning Point Coalition is very dedicated to preventing tobacco, drug and alcohol use in the area. They work closely with the APRC and Tri-County Tobacco control on these efforts.

The Okfuskee County Community Coalition, (OCCC) group is concerned with all health and social issues affecting Okfuskee County.

The McIntosh County Turning Point Coalition, MCOCO, group is concerned with health and social issues concerning the citizens of McIntosh County.
