One of the best ways to get involved with Gateway, and support our mission, is by joining a coalition. Coalitions are designed for building new friendships and making an impact on the health and wellness of our residents for generations to come.

 

Pottawatomie Alliance Toward Community Health (PATCH)

The Pottawatomie Alliance Toward Community Health (PATCH) focuses on improving the health and wellness of all Pottawatomie County residents through community partnerships. These community-driven partnerships consists of individuals, organizations, agencies, associations, and businesses having a singular vision for the future of Pottawatomie County and its citizens.

PATCH also takes on youth prevention efforts including underage drinking and vaping in the schools and communities throughout North Pottawatomie County with a grant funded by Drug Free Communities - Pottawatomie County.

Interested in getting involved?

Anyone who is interested in participating in PATCH is welcome, there are no membership dues! Coalition meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month from 12pm - 1pm. Meetings rotate locations each month, so be sure to check out the PATCH Facebook Page for location information.
