Pottawatomie Alliance Toward Community Health
The PATCH (Pottawatomie Alliance Toward Community Health) has been in place since 2007. The PATCH coalition is a community-driven partnership that consists of individuals, organizations, agencies, associations, and businesses interested in supporting the communities throughout Pottawatomie County.
The PATCH coalition strives to encompass the entire county by providing resources to the Pottawatomie residents. Shawnee is the largest city within the county, all other cities are significantly smaller and are at least 20 minutes drive from the county seat. The PATCH coalition focuses on community collaboration and building strong relationships throughout the county. The coalition has great visions for the future of Pottawatomie County and its citizens.

PATCH meets on the 1st Wednesday of every month at Noon. We gather at the Shawnee Senior Center located in Shawnee on 401 N Bell. Lunch is $2.00.PATCH
