The Seminole Prevention office houses our Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) grant. RCORP is a multi-year initiative that addresses barriers to treatment for substance use
disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD). It works toward the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) goal of ending the opioid epidemic.
The Hope Connecting Seminole County Consortium’s approach to meeting the needs of Seminole County will be utilizing shared resources and collaboration to bring community organizations
together, resulting in reduced morbidity and mortality associated with SUD/OUD in Seminole County.
